USA Pact Shipping means we follow rules of the USA Pact Act to ship vaping supplies. USPS requires vaping devices that have a battery and oven within the same device to follow their "hazmat - surface transport only" policy. With UPS, we use their "Ground Shipping" also due to devices having a battery and oven within the same unit. When we use Fedex, the rules are the same for vaporizers. We do not use any private carriers and signatures are required rarely if a location has porch piracy complaints. If you would like to ensure there is no signature on your package, please email support@ageofhemp.com after placing your order.
