Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

While we work hard to ensure fast and reliable fulfillment, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances. In most cases, however, orders are processed and shipped on schedule.


Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Standard domestic shipping typically arrives within 1-5 business days after shipment, depending on carrier performance and location.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Delays

Although rare, delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or logistical issues. We appreciate your understanding in these situations and will always do our best to ensure timely delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Age Of Hemp is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
